Document Shredding
To prevent against identity theft, bring your sensitive documents for secure shredding to the Sandy Springs Recycling Center. Documents will be placed in secure bins that are locked 24/7 inside our office under camera surveillance. All shredded paper is recycled.
We charge $1.00 per pound of documents for shredding.
You can pay by cash, check, or credit card during our operating hours. Please make sure you only have paper documents for shredding. We do not accept any plastic film, binder clips, or cardboard in our secure document shredding bins.
We host an annual drive-thru event called Shred Fest that is open to anyone--you do not need to be a Sandy Springs resident! Our next shredding event is in the works - keep your eyes on our News & Events page for details as they come out!

Now Accepting Paint!
Through our partnership with Atlanta Paint Disposal, you can now drop off your unwanted latex paint, oil-based paint, stains, and spray cans at our location. To ensure proper environmental handling, we charge $25 for 5-gallon buckets, $5 for 1-gallon cans, and $2 for quarts, pints, and spray cans. All materials must be in their original, labeled containers and cannot be mixed or leaking. Help us keep our community green by bringing your paint in for responsible recycling today!
