We're having a Pumpkin Diversion Drive!
KNFB needs your pumpkins! Every year, the US discards the Eiffel Tower's worth of pumpkins, generating potent methane in landfills. Let's turn this waste into a resource!
Bring us your pumpkins: the flesh is used as Animal Feed for local livestock, and the rest is converted into nutrient-rich Compost and Soil Amendment for community gardens. Zero Waste!
MANDATORY DONATION CRITERIA:
- Whole & Uncarved only.
- Natural: Must be free of paint, glue, glitter, or stickers.
- Condition: Must be free of mold and rot.
