The Teacher Reuse Exchange (TRE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Denise Carleton in 2020, dedicated to collecting and redistributing new and gently used school, teacher, and office supplies to educators across Fulton, Forsyth, and surrounding Georgia counties—completely free of charge. Since opening, the TRE has recycled over 6 tons of scrapbooks, paper, and cardboard while serving teachers from public, private, pre-K, and homeschool settings. KNFB partners with the TRE to ensure donated school and classroom supplies collected at our center get directly into the hands of teachers who need them most.

Through our partnership with Atlanta Paint Disposal, you can now drop off your unwanted latex paint, oil-based paint, stains, and spray cans at our location. To ensure proper environmental handling, we charge $25 for 5-gallon buckets, $5 for 1-gallon cans, and $2 for quarts, pints, and spray cans.
